Went in for a tooth extraction absolutely terrified I was literally crying but the woman who took care of me was so patient, gentle, and understanding. She really made me feel safe and walked me through everything with care, which I appreciated more than I can say. The receptionist was also super helpful and welcoming the whole staff is really great honestly. Just have your money ready when you get there though 😂

I have been here before & I had a good experience. But I went again recently & it was actually horrible. Did my X-Ray & moved on to go get my cleaning done & was told insurance wouldn’t pay for the whole thing. I was shocked because my insurance paid for it last time & even for fillers etc things in the past. So I’m thinking maybe my insurances coverages changed. So the woman is asking me to sign to verify i asked if it would need to be paid today. She said no they have payment plans & I need to sign so her manager knows she went over it with me. I said okay I’m gonna go over the paper really quick. Before she walked in I received a phone call so I told who I was on the phone with hey I’ll call you back let me go over this bill. This lady gets mad & proceeds to say it’s not a bill, you know what never mind & snatch the paper & walks away. That threw me all the way off. Never said I wouldn’t pay I was just asking questions BEFORE I sign. So I get up to tell the person at the desk how much is the X-ray I’m not getting my teeth cleaned anymore. The same lady can be heard yelling out that she tried to explain it to me already. I responded you did but I wanted to go over the document before signing it & you got mad. Whenever your dealing with customers patients, people you need patience. & obviously this lady don’t got none. Nothing I said should have aggravated her this much I was respectful all the way through even when she was rude. Idk what kind of training yall need to send the crew to but maybe get on that ASAP.

This group is NOT for low income people who suffer with dental issues. They appear on Medicaid’s provider list but should not be—as the only thing “provided” was a treatment plan for $700. No empathy or compassion for a ruthless toothache. Waited two weeks for this appointment after they confirmed his insurance in advance. The $700 fee to extract a tooth is same rate at any other dentist, for those who have the ability to pay in full, with cash or credit card. My brother is disabled and could not pay. His tooth infection will spread but they simply do not care.

WOW! Made a appointment weeks in advance, never received a confirmation of the appointment via text or email. I asked if I was ever notified of my appointment, I was told I received a phone call the day before... I kindly asked what time was the call made, I was then told that the time I was called was irrelevant. Needless to say, I am canceling this appointment for myself and family. Customer service matters more than ever as customers can easily search for better service and customer experience. There is a reason your reviews are so low.

Fraud. They fraud so bad. Go tell me I needed to come up with 10k for 6 root canals and caps. Me being me went to another dentist who told me I only needed 2 with a couple fillings my insurance would cover. Please be mindful and educated when going into any office especially if you have state insurance

This dentist office is the worst , the receptionist has the worst attitude and the worst red wig I have ever seen. The dentist name Mauricio Antenaza , made me felt rush , unimportant, disrespected, and belittled me. He didn’t want to answer any of my questions about the information he provided me with so little details .i just needed a clear understanding he seen me for about 5 mins , while im in the chair and he is talking to me to he takes out his cell phone and start texting like what im saying is in important.

This is the WORSE dentist office that I’ve ever come in contact with. One of the Receptionists at the front desk is so rude, and even the manager is not professional at all. The receptionist and I exchange words in front of the office while other patients were coming in and out of the office and the manager stood in the back, listening to everything and never came to the front to see what was going on in the office that she was allegedly managing. How I found out that the office manager was there was when I called the police and they arrived to the facility is when she decided to come out to leave her input. The equipment that they use are not sanitized. They are dirty and the same tools that they use on one of my daughters. I watched them about to use the same one on my other daughter who had an appointment as well until I said something. I’ve been to many businesses and this is the first time where I’ve experienced anything like this. All they care about is money. When you walk through the door after you sign in the first thing they ask you for is whatever is due to the services that is going to be rendered. This place should not be in business let alone serving patients. They need to shut down the office and start all over again.

Would give zero stars if I could. Their office staff is beyond the rudest I have ever come across while trying to make an appointment for my mother. I should have looked at other Google reviews before even trying to contact this place.

They deserve 0 Stars. They didn’t give me the correct date for my appointment and made it seem like I was being bothersome to even ask about their availability. They’re rude from the second you call them until the second you show up. When you do show up there no one knows anything and they’re all acting isn’t they just want to be unseen and avoid eye contact with anyone that has questions. I truly have no idea how they have customers at all

Dirty, dirty, dirty. They dont clean their utensils or put plastic cover on them. The ones they used on me were rusty and dirty. Used open tooth paste container on me. Dentist picking and cleaning my teeth made my one cavity that didnt even hurt, become deeper and painful. I do a better job at cleaning my teeth at home than the hygienist did by doing her job. I called the health department. This place needs to get shut down. My insurance made me come here. My advice, RUN. Never again will I be back.

Worst office ever, they have no customer service, they are so rude, when they finally answer the phone, they sound like youre bothered them, dont even try to ask them any questions, if you do, you already know whats going to happen....

Is -5 stars an option ? Youd get more professionalism out of a back alley homeless guy. They lie to you about their abilities so they can bill you for x rays. 6 exposed nerves is not evidence enough of pain and they treat you like some drug seeker. NOT Everybody is a crackhead just because were in Florida. Keep your sassy attitude to yourself and know some basic medical knowledge.

This is the most unprofessional dental office I ever encountered. Services are rushed, one guy constantly calls your child bro, boss and uses slang communication. After being corrected by me informing him I don’t speak to child like that. He continuously used the same words. It’s like he couldn’t speak properly grammar. The front desk girl became upset because I didn’t want to accept an appointment that they just give you walking out. When the proper way would be asking. Instead one of them insisted to give me the appointment card away and then said I can just change it myself when time is near. That is completely absurd when I can just set an appropriate time then. So I said I don’t want it the girl proceeded to say she should be blocked lol I politely told her she can because this establishment is GHETTO.

I will never go back there again.. In all the dentist Ive been to in my entire life this is the only dental clinic who is in rush cleaning my teeth. I waited so long and when they came to clean my teeth, they were done in 10 minutes. The couch also on the waiting area is so filthy, they could give a little wash with the cover.

Hey you guys, I love the dentist and some staff members however that fat black lady is very disrespectful and rude!! She’s combative and sassy out the mouth. She made me feel extremely uncomfortable and disappointed. She got on her cell phone just to talk about me and that’s unprofessional to the max! I asked to see someone about my mouth and another young lady scheduled an appointment for 2:00pm prior to my visit. She said I’m going to be sitting in this lobby because I’m not doing your chart! Please help I paid cash $1,100 to pay for my mouth I asked just for a check up and the disrespect I got from this lady was unacceptable.

This place is AWESOME ,it was my sons first app and we couldnt be more pleased from beginning to end they made my four year old feel so comfortable, explained everything to him before they did it so impressed with everyone especially German,hope I spelled his name right u are amazing so good at what u do thank u again to all for an excellent job, very clean and nice staff🏅🏅🏅🏅🏅🏅🏅🏅😍

Hi!! If I could give a zero I would! I got a referral to get in with oral surgery and this is the only place to take my insurance. So I call and the lady hangs up on me three times and I finally get an answer and I said “hello, can you hear me?” I she said “yes girl your baby is screaming so loud” so I said um okay do you take (insert insurance company)? And she says yes so I then say i have a referral for oral surgery and she says “we don’t have one right now” and then hangs up on me. 😑😑😑😒😒 so the lack off hospitality from their staff is enough to put me off of letting them perform surgery in my mouth!

This Place should be reported. The receptionist was rude and unprofessional. The staff looks down on patients, they have no protocol. it is unbelievable the place is still open for service, they give preferential treatment to patients.

I’ve only had 1 bad experience and ever since then I’ve had a better experience each visit afterwards . I’ve been traveling to this dentist to for the last 8 months to help my sister get a new smile . Due to in my county thsts a hour away They couldn’t provide her what she she needed . They also refer you to great surgeons for extractions , that Medicaid will pay for . It’s all been a process but it’s all turning out great . Keep up the great customer service & improving sitting time .

This is the best place I’ve been to that takes my insurance, The customer service is fantastic. It just depends on when you come in. You can’t judge it off one bad go round, they really do a good job they’re smart and they know what they’re doing

Went to reschedule a visit, said that they had my name in wrong and asked if it was my first time when it’s not. Then proceeds with an attitude and I ask why she’s so rude and she threatens to cancel my appt and tells me no one else is available to talk to. Don’t ever go here

Front office staff Alison & Kemily are welcoming & knowledgeable! Dr. Simon made my visit most comfortable by explaining the procedure to me step by step. Ms. Kathy the manager even got me on a monthly payment plan that allowed me to start my treatment for just $1 on my debit card! PLEASE COME TO THIS OFFICE AND BRING YOUR FAMILY & FRIENDS!!!!!!:) 10/10

I had been there approx 5-6 years ago , and seen 4 different dentist in one seating , only to have e rays done and rescheduled for another appt. i had an appt this week Oct. 1st, 2023 thinking things might of changed , but after looking at the current reviews , i think i will take my $ where i can get adequate service, like Town Care , even Foundcare is 100% better than this place!!! avoid CTD at all cost , i had called my insurance and c/o them not doing the work and not to pay them, I was told dentist make their own prices 😳

Trevor was great with my son. He has a really good bedside manner with kids. My son actually had a good time.

Do not go here. my daughter was referred to seeing an adult dentist due to 3 root canal she needed. Her dad took her to the visit and of course didn’t ask much questions just went with what they told him, that they will referred her to a specialist to do the root canal then she will need come back for temporary crown till they get approval from the insurance for permanent and that we will have to pay $300 per tooth because the temporary crown was not covered under dentaquest so I have to pay out of pocket $900. I found this to be odd especially being a medical billing rep for over 25yrs. We had the root canal done at the specialist office and I requested the specialist provided me with another dental practice information for the crown. I called the new dentist ask them how much I have to pay for the temporary crown? surprising they said nothing it’s covered by my insurance in full, which I had already confirmed looking at the online benefits and a call to dentaquest. Guess what everything was authorized and approved by the insurance with the new practice

When I realized my wife made an appointment at this location told it might not go well because while they do accept my insurance, they dont do the work according to my insurance.There were other problems as well but I figured that was years ago. May be it will work out. Nope! One example is my insurance will pay for porcelain on the front teeth but not for root canal on the back teeth. I actaully payed less paying out of pocket in Palm Beach Garden smiles downtown at the garden mall even though they also only do porcelain. But they have a much nicer office and better equipment.Anyway, I got there with my wife at 10:30 for a 10:30 appointment.First off, they took an xray of the wrong tooth. (This also happened to me years ago). Then, she was still in the chair in the operating room and told to go back to the waiting area at 1pm because the dentist was going to lunch. They did nothing but take xrays.2.5 nothing done except xrays. Now another 1 hour wait meant we wouldnt make a 3pm appointment with our contractor. We never thought a 3pm appointment would not be doable when our dentist appointment for a root canal was at 10:30. So we decided to not stay.Since we were not going to stay my wife wanted her paperwork back but they refused.I had this same situation years ago. I didnt have the work done for said reasons above but they part charged my insurance and part billed me for a root canal that they didnt do.Ridiculous.

I never been in that place, but by phone they made me so mad.I have special needs daughter, I called them to make appointment, lady on the phone made her decision without seeing my daughter, she told me that they dont have special x ray machine,I told her that we dont need a special machine she asked me if my daughter in welchair I said she is in the stroller, then she said that why we cant able to do an extra.I told her that my daughter can stand ,seat walk by help so we can do easly exray,we did before never had a problem.So I did appointment, but then I canceled.I felt so bad for my daughter, this lady didnt see her but already made decision.I dont want to go to a place were she was already judged without seeing.

The worst place ever! Very unpleasant and unprofessional! My son had an appointment we still had to wait for 3 hours and no one talked to us about why we had to wait that long! Nobody cares over there! It just take it or leave it. Very very very SAD SERVICE. STAY AWAY FROM THIS place...

Had a great experience with them. My cleaning was very thorough. The costumer service was exceptional and the doctor was very professional and friendly during the entire process. Also there were very short wait times. I was processed and served within minutes of my appointment. The staff is very respectful and approachable. I would highly recommend coming here for dental services.

All the bad reviews are true! Wish we had read them before sending loved one for dental work. They overcharge, even with insurance, then after waiting two weeks for another appointment, they tried to charge $95 again, even though this particular appointment was supposedly a consultation on business financing. Dont go there! I dont care about the generic replies that will probably come back from them as well, as all business does on Google, saying oh, we are sorry.. need more info..etc

This place is tacky. They will have you waiting 2 hours before seeing a dentist. They’re understaffed and not professional. I sat and watched someone cleaning the tools they use in a sink before leaving. Everything about the place gives spook. I should’ve checked the reviews before coming here. I wouldn’t dare let them work on me.

Update: I have definitely seen improvements over the years with their appointment system and wait times. Good doctors and hygienists and everyone on staff is welcoming and mannerly. I encourage everyone who has had a good experience with Cross County to post about it. They are great.

Made an appointment for 2pm for a cleaning showed up checked in did the mouth exam then waited for the doctor for an hour just for the assistant to ask if I wanted to reschedule? Smh waste of time and effort.

This was my sons first dentist appointment ever and it was wonderful! Hes almost 3 and Irene was an incredible hygienist. She was very patient, thorough, and beyond friendly to me and my little one. Dr. Valdman was also very warm and welcoming! He treated my son and I with respect, answered questions, and provided me with a ton of helpful tips for my childs dental hygiene. Would highly recommend!

Absolutely avoid this place. terrible terrible people. my brother went in for 2 wisdom teeth extractions and ended up in st marys hospital because he was bleeding profusely and they couldnt stop the bleeding. st marys had to glue and stitch his gums together to stop the bleeding. whats worse is after complications and him passing out after the first tooth being extracted they even still went ahead and pulled the second tooth. they dont care about anything other than money. oh our patient is bleeding uncontrolably, maybe we shouldnt do the second tooth, nah lets pull it quickly before we send him to the hospital so we can bill him for that tooth too is what went through their minds. just atrocious.

The first time been here for a dental appointment and I was very impressed by the way the staffing was professional and caring,Dr Sarah was awesome and professional, she explains every detail of my procedure. I felt very comfortable the way I was treated like a VIP. I would recommend Cross county dental to the hold West Palm Beach community, service was great comfortable professional 👌, thank you dr. First and foremost, I want to thank this staff for making my excruciating pain go away.They were very professional and took very good care of me. They seem to be a very busy office and still made time for me. Once I was taken in the back to be seen, the visit went quickly and smoothly.I cant thank this staff enough for working with me, dealing with me calling a million times, and the most important: making me feel like myself again.

The absolute worst dentist Ever. Avoid Dr. David Simon like the plague. He left my son sitting for 5 hours and refused to extract his teeth so he could take a long lunch. Eventually, they returned our money and apologized for his unprofessional behavior. I dont know how this business is still functioning.

THE WORST EXPERIENCE. My boyfriend and I have been to this location two times previously and both times have been a breeze. The third time we went, which was about a month ago, THE SERVICE WAS RIDICULOUS. I made an appointment about 2 1/2 weeks in advance on both of our days off together. We get to the appointment 10 minutes early because of paperwork but we were in the waiting room for 45 minutes. After waiting for so long, they finally call my boyfriend in. I had to wait in the waiting room for about another 20 minutes. They FINALLY call me in after an hour to have me waiting some more time for the dentist. That’s not the best part. I try to be understanding and am very patient when it comes to things like this but not today. I was in that chair waiting for the dentist for a whole hour and a half.. I texted my boyfriend since he was in the other room and he said that they haven’t took care of him either. At this point, I was already fed up. I got my stuff and went straight to the lobby where I obviously complained. Once they saw how upset I was, thats when they wanted to take care of me. They ran to my boyfriend as he was getting ready to leave with me and stopped him. They actually took care of him as soon as they heard me complaining. Their excuse was “theres only one doctor working today.” OKAY WELL YOU ALL SHOULD OF SCHEDULED THE APPOINTMENTS ACCORDINGLY. Regardless, I am never coming back. I actually liked the place and their staff but the whole deal was extremely unprofessional because I made an appointment weeks in advance to be waiting for over two hours like if my time isn’t valuable.

I dislike this place. My daught is on Medicaid and I feel she and I were treated like a 3rd class. They handed me paper work and on it asked if I want something done. I asked if it was covered and the girl said yes. So I marked yes. They did the service and when we were all done the girl at the desk said it would be $65 . I blankly looked at her and said my daughter has Medicaid. she replied yes the visit was covered but not this extra service. I said but I asked you if it was covered and she replied with no this isnt covered its $65 how would you like to pay. I ended up paying of course.Also this was the 3rd visit in a year. My daughter had two adult canines come in front of her baby canines. The new teeth were pushing the babies up into the roof of her mouth. They keep saying give 3 more months. This went on for a year. I ended up taking her to another place that didnt take Medicaid and they told us they needed to be pulled and should have been pulled awhile ago. I went back to this place and they said well your on Medicaid. Never again will I go here

PLEASE READ THISI had a very enjoyable experience. Im not sure how it was a year ago or a few months ago,but those negative reviews I cant even believe. Because I was just there today, and months before that. Im not sure what dentist you had, but I had Dr. Viktor and his assistant Ross, and they are amazing and friendly, never have they been rude or disrespectful. And they never make it seem like its about money, and I have an insurance that barely anyone takes, so I am happy that they saw me, so all I have to say is you dont have to believe my review, but just know that sometimes butthurt people make excuses because it didnt go their way. I had a wonderful experience and I definitely will recommend it. But for every review on here including my own, you shouldnt have to be skeptical because of someone elses experience, go see for yourself and see if you like it. Alright Im done have a good day! :)

Have not even had a chance to be seen by this office because they have cancelled on me not once but TWICE saying the doctor wont be in the office. I live an hr away and have taken time off work twice. Nothing but irresponsible so called doctors at this office and from the reviews I have seen I may have just dodged a bullet.

It was my first time there so here it goes. My appointment was at 8 so I got there 15 minutes early. The back staff showed up at 8:05 and I wasnt brought bk until 8:30. They have really bad time management. Good thing was my dentist,he communicated effectively n was very pleasant.

Honestly everyone has their own opinions. People only give their reviews when they are bad. So you cannot only go by other people opinions or reviews. The staff is very friendly and very knowledgeable. They do have a lot on their hands to deal with, especially with rude obnoxious patients. My experience was very good, and the doctor was super friendly and answered all of my questions. Highly recommended.

This is the only place that would take my Medicaid. I typically pay out of pocket to a dentist I trust. I just could not swing it this time around. I will never make that mistake again. This place is dirty. I needed a cleaning and a cavity filled. Nothing crazy ... They tried to tell me that I needed a debridement on my teeth. Or as they call it a medium dental cleaning. When I confronted the doctor about it he said that my teeth really had barely any tartar and they would go ahead and do a regular cleaning and check back in 6 months to make sure everything was fine. The hygienist literally polished my teeth and moved on and called that a cleaning. Thats very disappointing a dental cleaning is very important and I feel like as a dentist he should be ashamed of himself and his staff. Secondly I left there with a cut lip a bleeding mouth all from getting a filling? Not to mention the hygienist hung the suction device on my cheek and now I have a sore on that side as well. I told the dentist in the beginning I was a little scared he said I would be fine. And I whole heartedly trusted him. I felt pain and he told me it was just pressure. I know what I felt. It was obviously him cutting my gums. When I get up to leave my shirt was covered in blood my arm was covered in blood the floor was also covered in blood I had to wipe my face in the bathroom. All from a filling. Was he too ashamed to tell me that he cut me that he cut my lip. How can you just let someone walk out of your office like that. Not to mention trying to upcharge my insurance. Obviously just a number sign to him. It truly baffles me that you would choose a career that you obviously dont enjoy. A career that takes a lot of time in schooling. But also that you could treat other human beings that way and not care and just move on to the next and probably do it to them too. This dentist is the reason people are scared to get dental work done. Trust me when I say dental work should not hurt. A dentist should talk you through every step make sure youre okay make sure youre comfortable. Definitely not letting you leave with barely any words and to wipe up your own blood please dont go here.

Shady place which has no respect for customers. No matter when you have an appointment you will be waiting for 45 minutes. But dont you dare to be late 15 minutes, because theyll refuse to accept you. AC is never working. Very cheap service! Be aware before you hooked up!!!

Horrible experience,They would not complete a cleaning. They told us to pay an additional $400. They claim to accept the insurance Humana Medicaid. They will try to get additional money for cleaning already covered by insurance. I would not recommend them and I will file a complaint with my insurance company. The visit was a waste of time.

I had a great time at this dentist. The staff was so friendly. The guy that took my x-rays, the girls at the front desk, the girl that cleaned my teeth, the dentist that explained everything very good. Everybody was outstanding. I left with a nice, clean lol - smile. I certainly will use this dentist, again.

I take my kids here and I love the care for my children teeth that the dentist provides. Cant say the same about the front desk staff who rarely answer the phones or put you on hold for long then hang up. But anyways I had scheduled an appointment for my child and confirm with them I was goin to be able to make it the day before. When I went to get my child out from school early. I was told they are doing FSA testing and they cant release them till they have finished testing. So I called them to let them know right away and they never answered. When they finally answered I told them I needed to reschedule because I could not take my child out of school do to the testing going on. And she said that I had to pay $25.00 dollers for not give a 24hr notice. Because I signed the paper stating I would give a 24hr notice. And mind you its been the first time and I have taken my children here for 4+ years I want to say.....

They need to work on scheduling appointments. I was there 10:20 a.m my appt was 10:30 p.m, did not get seen til 12. If my tooth wasnt hurting so bad I would have left. Dentist wasnt really informative of what she was doing and was rushing everything. Some tools she was also using were very dull and had to change them as she was working on me. I think this was my worst experience at the dentist ever.

This is the worst dental office visit I ever had. The main priority for the DMD Maielba Maniglia was money. How to recommend unnecessary treatments for my mother in order to keep charging the insurance and us. When I asked for a better explanation of the basis of her recommendations she treated me like i am an ignorant not understanding anything related to dental work.We were denied a regular cleaning in Covid 19 environment where my mom had not receive any cleaning for almost a year because I was not able to pay 400 out of my pocket for a deep cleaning recommended by the same DMD. Wonder, is no cleaning better than some cleaning for the so important dental health of an elderly women?The office is using obsolete equipment and the hygiene is questionable.The only positive experience was with the administrative staff.

Worst dentist ever. Had to come in to make appointment cause they do not answer their phone. They gave me a prescription on a piece of paper. Walmart turned it down. Then came in for the root canal which was scheduled for the next morning. They said the specialist wasnt there so they couldnt even do they operation they scheduled me for. This was all after also giving them a second chance after they messed up the first time. Never again. And I recommend nobody ever used this dentist. Very unprofessional.

Horrible horrible place. Everyone is Very rude. From the front desk to the back. I walked out. They just want your money and will not do what you want. They just want to charge you also no matter if you have insurance. I asked before hand if my cleaning was going to be covered they said yes but once I got there they told me no. I highly DONT recommend this place. I walked out before having anything done. Also the place is absolutely disgusting. Reminds me of a public restroom. Thats how bad it is. I use to love this dentist. They have good service, however money is their main priority. I took my daughter their for a toothache, I was told that she needs her moular extracted. According to the front office assistance I was asked to pay an additional $200.00 with insurance to have one tooth extracted. I requested to use my new insurance and was denied, still dont know reason of denial other than they wanted me to pay out of pocket. Then I asked can I have a copy of my daughters x-rays that her insurance company has already been billed for; I was asked to pay $25.00 for them; nothing but money. Not to mentioned you schedule an appointment only to sit in the overcrowded waiting area for almost an hour before being called back. Currently searching for a new dentist.

Were can I start. My husband has had the worst experience at this place to say the least! He went in for a tooth ache ended up he needing his wisdom tooth pulled. First the placed was packed the appointment was at 12 pm and he did not get seen til 430pm. My poor husband finally was informed he needed a tooth extraction mind you he is 511 and weight 270. They gave local anesthetics, and could not pull out his tooth no matter how hard they tried, this incompetent dentist ended up breaking half his wisdom tooth!. They stopped and keept taking xrays a total of 5 the dentist keept saying I cant see it! Who wants to hear this when they are getting their tooth pulled!? They ended up giving him a next day appointment and gave him a prescription, for narcotic pain medication but he could not fill it due to the fact it was prescribed incorrectly? You can only imaging the frustration! thankfully he was able to rush over to the office before closing to get a new script, otherwise he would have been in pain for up to 24hrs. We did not keep his next appointment instead googled an oral surgeon with great reviews Please save yourself the hasse! DO NOT I Repeat DO NOT! go to this place you will end up regretting it for they are incompetent and lack good patient care!

This place is horrible!! I arrived 10 mins early because I knew I needed to fill out paper work for my daughters appt... We sat there for 15 mins before the girl at the desk acknowledged that we were there... Filled out paperwork, sat another 20 mins for them to come get my daughter and do a x-ray and send her back to lobby to wait another 30 mins... Finally called to the back and after waiting another 40 mins in a room I decided to just walk out ... Its ridiculous to have to wait that long to see a dentist and listen to unprofessional staff playing round and not giving a crap about u having things to do besides hang out at a dentist office all night!! This place should be shut down!

Unprofessional isn’t a Strong enough word to describe the staff within his office. I couldn’t even get to my appointment correctly because the staff was so rude and belligerent to me about an appointment I had been scheduled for! NEVER go here

This office has the worst staff I have ever seen! On the phone they told me one price and after I drove one hour to get there, they came at me with a completely different price! When I told the receptionist she said oh sorry, the price Im giving you is right! When I asked to speak to the dentist about it she responded that that was impossible! She totally lacked etiquette or cact for the situation and for dealing with the front office of a dentist at all!

This place is HORRIBLE, they have made SOOO MANNYYY mistakes out front with appointments is RIDIC. My daughter had an orthodontist appointment at 5:30 pm and it was 6:10 and we were still sitting in the lobby, finally I get up and ask the receptionist whats going on thats when I find out that the doctor had left without seeing my daughter. I AM STILL FURIOUS. I just called them to get medical records so I can take my daughter elsewhere and they dont answer and their mailbox is full. WOW can this get any worse

I have been going to this dental office for years. It used to be great. However for the past two years its getting worse. You cannot get anyone to answer the phone or even return a call. When you get to the office they are unprepared. Hope the owner or the manager reads this so they can get make some changes; They have Saturday hours and that works great with my work schedule.

Dr Durvey, Jaime and Kemily were amazing and I great appreciated the service that was detailed, efficient and professional. Thank you staff of Cross County Dental. I highly recommend them.

Worst experience... The staff is rude and theyre not organized. I called for an appointment and I was placed on hold twice for almost 10mins. When I called back and asked not be placed on hold again because all I needed was an appointment the girl fave me the nastiest attitude and told she was busy doing something and she needed to finish. Please dont take your little ones here!!!!!

I am very pleased with my visit the medical assistants Curtis and Trevor was very helpful and made my children feel comfortable while getting there teeth clean. The doctor answer all questions and was kid friendly.

*******PLEASE READ*******My wife was there yesterday to get what was standard filling that they severally messed up fixed (now a root canal). They numbed her up. Then they took what looked like a sealed sterile mirror out of a package, and she saw blood, not hers, on the inside of the sterile package. See demanded the money back. A pregnant client asked her at the front desk What happened?, and as see started to tell the pregnant ladies what happened, the office personal demanded that my wife leave the office. DO NOT GO TO THIS DENTIST. THEY ARE REUSING NEEDLES AND OTHER SO CALLED STERILE INSTRUMENTS. THE HEALTH DEPARTMENT HAS BEEN NOTIFIED, AND OUR LAWYER HAS BEEN CONTACTED.

This dental office is terrible. The little black girl in the front is so rude and I will be taking my son so where else.I don’t recommend no one to take their child there or go there so unprofessional

Referred by my insurance, I went there for a tooth removal. I have no co-pay however while I was in pain they wanted several hundred extra dollars for irrigation (water) , My insurance said they should not have done this. I went elsewhere, patient care is low on their priorities.

The review is for Dr. Vadim Valdman. It was a bad experience for my child - Dr. Valdman was chit chatting with his young assistants discussing how they went for drinks last night. He has not helped with the swollen gum neither, though it was my concern. Overall, he has acted unprofessional running up and down and all focused on chatting with the stuff.

I would give no stars if possible. The front desk staff were so rude and the waiting area is so dirty. The seats have stains and look old and run down. The wait was horrible. When I got in there was a lady yelling at them to get her money back because she was waiting for so long. I will never go back here and would not recommend it to anyone.

The staff is extremely unfriendly and rude. Every time I make an appointment, I am waiting over an hour to be seen. They are very inconsiderate and I will be looking for another dentist. They should be ashamed of their customer service and the overall general service they provide.

Stay away from this place, they are just looking to get as much money from the insurance as possible. They will recommend procedures that our not needed in order to bill more. If I could give 0 stars I would.

Used to be good at the old Palm Beach Lakes mall, but greed has taken over. Turnover is huge, both staff and doctors. Had a bad experience last time there, and many procedures are now farmed out for a fee, Im sure.

Honestly don’t think I will be back there. Went for a tooth cleaning and told the dentist I was having some discomfort and was just shrugged off. Place was minimally cleaned and it didn’t even receive a proper cleaning just a polish. Please if you can go somewhere else please go.

They are reusing Needles! And other items to keep cost low. My friend had blood on the new sterile mirror and the dentist kept turning his back to open things she left immediately they are being reported in the morning.

I TOLD HER THAT THEY WILL HAVE TO SEND THE PAPER WORK TO THE INSURANCE COMPANY. THEN WHEN I GO BACK TO THE OFFICE THE FOLLOWING WEEK ONE OF THE STAFF MEMBER STATED TO ME THAT THEY LOST MY CHART. AND THEY CANT SEEM TO LOCATE IT. I CALLED MY INSURANCE COMPANY AND ASKED HOW DO I GO SOMEWHERE ELSE. THEY WILL NOT WORK ON MY MOUNTH.....SMFHD

I would never recommend this place to anyone...very unorganized and over scheduling....Female doctor can be very rude and arrogant at times....No one ever answers the phones. Front desk staff is ok...Thank God my son is getting his braces removed today

They have nice staff but they need a better appointment scheduling, I was waiting 3hrs and my appointment was at 10:30am and I didn’t get seen until 2pm

Only because theres not -0 for customer service this people give no customer service at all Im not at their office waiting for a printout of a price for my daughters braces, which we already had an appointment and doc seen my daughters 3month ago 🙄 I will call and literally be on hold for 1hr Manny times I was told they where working on it they will call me back and so I waited and waited never got a call back I even got a time Ill call you back by 3 yea right had to drive my ass to the office and here I am for the pass hour.

Horrible excuse I am a 13 year old and when I went to this dentist I was the only one ther and it took them 45 minutes to call us in some of the dentist are rude and just want to hurry up they dont care about pain they are always yelling about stuff that I dont know

I use to bring my kids here and one of the dental hygienist look at my son teeth and said his teeth looks like he smoke to a kid and that was never went back until this day

Very bad experience just by calling for an appointment, the woman who answered my phone mistreated me, she responded that I didnt ask her, she didnt want to serve me, the truth is that the owners of that place should know who they have working for them because I dont go there with that bad treatment, that woman who answers the phone is vulgar and arrogant.

Personally it has been great for me, good treatment and kindness to the patient

The care in this clinic is great, Dr Mauricio gave me quality care, I was treated for several years for a tooth problem and the doctor gave me a miraculous treatment, I have never felt any discomfort again, and in that same clinic they did my moms dentures and she felt happy, the assistants were great, but one named Jeam is very attentive and professional.

I didnt like the service, it was very bad.
